I was thinking along the lines of maybe:
weekly check ins - mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually.
and
prompts - around the topics I will be exploring on Substack via my podcast and writings: mental health, grief/loss, self improvement, mindfulness/meditation, and musings on life.

Open the app and tap the Chat icon. It looks like two bubbles in the bottom bar, and you’ll see a row for my chat inside.
