My Writings From Way Back (January 2022)
On January 21st, 2022 I started up a brand new Medium publication focusing on two of my interests — mindfulness and mental health, and, surprise surprise, it’s called Mindful Mental Health!
So I moved all my mindfulness and mental health related articles to the MMH Publication.
If you’re interested in these two popular topics too, either writing or reading, head on over to Mindful Mental Health and give it a follow! If you want to write for it, read the ‘Write for Us’ section which takes you to this article Welcome to Mindful Mental Health that explains what the pub is all about, the submission guidelines and the types of stuff I’m looking for.
In this new publication, I have written 10 pieces around mindfulness and mental health.
Bell Let’s Talk Day (raising funds for mental health charities across Canada)
Want to Explore Mental Health Mindfully With Me?
How Can We Reconnect with Ourselves & “Normal Life” after COVID-19?
How Gratitude Can Increase Your Happiness and Wellbeing
Flouncing — The Mystery of Drama On Social Media
How this Buddhist Phrase Can Help Us (To live more fully)
A Buddhist Reminder to Live Fully
How Can We Live in a Post Pandemic World?
8 Ways to Become More Resilient
And finally, I published a variety of non-fiction articles.
From the self-improvement and motivation front is: How to Uncover Your Authentic Self, and also The Best Life Advice Ever and There Is Nothing Left To Say.
I wrote a few pieces about writing, a popular article comparing the 4 main platforms including the new kid on the block Simily: The Pros and Cons of Writing Platforms; and Medium vs. Vocal — My First 4ish Months on Both Platforms
And finally, just some general non-fiction pieces — a(nother) piece about death, grief and loss with
Lessons on Life & Death. And interesting exploration on the subject of Synchronicity in Meant to be or just Coincidence? And a general wondering and rambling and introspection about How Modern Life is Fucking Us Up living in modern society as we do and the physical impacts that has on us.
And that’s it for this month’s compilation! Let me know what you liked, what you didn’t, what you’d like to see more of from me! Thanks for, paraphrasing Betty White (RIP), being a follower!
Be well,
Caitlin
