it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...
I just wanted to wish everyone, wherever you are in the world, and whatever you may celebrate around this time of year and into the new year, a calm, peaceful and restful time — full of whatever you need most.
The holidays and end of the year can be a difficult time for many, so if you are struggling, just remember to honour your feelings and where you are, and that it’s okay to not feel okay sometimes, even at times of the year when you feel you “should” be feeling a certain way.
Be gentle with yourself. Don’t sweat the small stuff.
Wishing you all a bright 2022 with new memories to share with loved ones, whether human or animal.
