I’ve created 5 different guides that you can download as PDFs (or ebooks) that each include 24 simple and easy practices or prompts that can help you bring more wellbeing into your life, with some added blank ‘Notes’ pages at the end so if you wish to print it out you can use it as a journal (the PDF version).
Plus there’s a bonus guide that includes all 4 of the other guides. It’s called Unlocking Being: A 4 heart qualities guide, which includes the guides: Balance, Appreciation, Connection, Affection – which are what’s called the Brahmaviharas, which are 4 Buddhist virtues (which are loving kindness (metta in Sanskrit), compassion (karuna), sympathetic joy (mudita) and equanimity (upekkha)).
Note: this combo guide does not include the Unlocking Happiness: A Gratitude guide, which is separate from the others, and is a stand alone - in that it isn’t part of the 4 Brahmavihara’s theme.
