I love this and completely agree! My resolution for 2025 is to stop wishing away my life....to stop saying, "I wish it was Friday" over and over again. To be present and experience as much happiness as possible every single day. And yes, to be aware.
Yes!! I am sooooo guilty of wishing my life away! Wishing it was Friday already, wishing it is vacation time etc and not actually enjoying the present moment that I'm actually living! Glad you can relate 😊
I tend to be seeking contentment rather than happiness these days which is something I have learned via my life’s lessons and my mediation practice. Go well Caitlin!
