As a night owl, I'm being more mindful about getting to bed a little earlier, even if it's only 30 mins. The older I get, the more I realize how important rest is and that it's okay to rest! I don't need to be busy all of the time! Thank you for your post!

My husband is a night owl too! He goes to bed at 1, 2 or 3 in the morning. I am up at 5:30 on work days because I start at 6:30. But my husband rarely works outside the house...my bedtime is 10 at the latest! Lol

I'm taking my own advice and having a post lunch, pre run nap! Feel tired, drained and woozy due to my period...the joys of being a woman!
