I like your idea of an awe walk without services, I often use my phone camera to capture what’s caught my attention. I wonder if slowing down & sitting with will help.

Me too. I like to take photos on my walks, usually of plants, the water, wildlife if I'm lucky. I find being on the lookout for a good photo is a way of being mindful, of paying attention to the moment.

Yes I often take photos on my walk of things that capture my attention too! And you should give slowing down and sitting with a try on your next walk! And I'd love to hear how it goes! ☺️

I can watch my dogs playing in our beautiful backyard and the awe of it all is intense. Thank you for giving what I experience regularly a purpose!

awww, that's so lovely! thanks for sharing that! I wish my dog played...(we just have one dog and she's shy and timid so doesn't play with other dogs :( ).
