This is well written and so very true. Connection is so good in many different ways. I'll share a link to this on my Sunday newsletter.

This is beautiful — sometimes, we don't fully understand what's going on within ourselves. That's why practices like meditation are so important. It serves as a reminder that if we can't always comprehend our own inner world, we shouldn't assume we fully understand what's happening inside others.

This was really nice. I definitely feel that the key to life is connection but hadn't really thought about focusing on the connection to myself. Thanks for the inspiring words.

Beautiful post! 100% agree. Also with so many people working from home, connection in person feels so ephemeral but is really critical to our well being.

I realized that I wasn't finding time to meet up with people or even make a phone call. In fact, it has become a thing to msg and ask when a person is available to speak. Getting together seems so difficult to do. I make it a priority to connect with someone every day. A coffee. A phone call. When I can't, just a msg to say that I am thinking about them. Connection is so important. I write about it more than anything else. And of course, the writing, as you know, keeps us feeling connected. I know you know. This interaction right now fills me. Thank you for your existence. It means so much to me. Sending love your way. ❤️

Yes!! I've been feeling the same way! I texted my dad last night just to connect with him and find out how he (and my brother) are doing and we had a little chat. It was so nice!
